Excellence Theory

Excellence Theory is a normative public relations theory that prescribes strategic, two-way symmetrical communication as the most effective and ethical model for organizational-public relationships, distinguishing itself from other public relations models through its emphasis on mutual understanding, dialogue, and the role of public relations in contributing to organizational effectiveness and societal well-being.
