Equitable Teacher Allocation

Equitable Teacher Allocation is a normative framework in education policy and human resource management that systematically distributes teaching personnel across schools and classrooms to ensure all students, particularly those from marginalized or underserved communities, have equal access to qualified, effective, and appropriately supported educators, differentiated from general allocation models by its explicit commitment to social justice, fairness, and the mitigation of systemic inequities in educational opportunities.
