Employer Mobility

Employer Mobility is a construct in immigration studies that denotes the capacity of a foreign worker to change employers within a host country’s employment-based immigration system while maintaining lawful permanent resident status or pending residency eligibility, distinguished from other immigration-related mobility forms by its specific attachment to employer-sponsored visa pathways and institutional constraints on job-switching.
