Embodiment Design

Embodiment Design is an academic concept in Virtual Reality Design that refers to the systematic process of crafting user experiences in which digital avatars or representations are perceived as being authentically part of the self, distinguished by the intentional alignment of perceptual, motor, and cognitive cues to induce a subjective sense of body ownership and agency within virtual environments.
