Eadie-hofstee Plot

The Eadie-Hofstee Plot is a graphical method in enzyme kinetics that belongs to the class of linear transformations of the Michaelis-Menten equation, distinguished by plotting reaction velocity against the ratio of velocity to substrate concentration to estimate kinetic parameters Vₘₐₓ and Kₘ.
