Dynamic Interfacial Tension

Dynamic Interfacial Tension is a time-dependent interfacial property that quantifies the excess energy per unit area at the interface between two immiscible phases as it evolves during changes in interfacial composition or area, distinguished from equilibrium interfacial tension by its dependence on kinetic processes such as diffusion, adsorption, or convection.
