Double-layer Potentials

Double-Layer Potentials is a singular boundary integral representation in potential theory that expresses the solution to a boundary value problem as an integral of a normal derivative of a fundamental solution weighted by a density function over the domain boundary, distinguished by its discontinuity across the boundary and its use in modeling jump conditions in elliptic partial differential equations.
