Dnac-dependent Helicase Loading

DnaC-Dependent Helicase Loading is a molecular mechanism in bacterial DNA replication initiation wherein the DnaC protein mediates the ATP-dependent assembly of the DnaB helicase onto single-stranded DNA at the origin, thereby enabling replisome formation and unwinding of the DNA duplex.
