Decertification Petitions

Decertification Petitions is a formal procedural mechanism in labor relations through which a group of employees, as a collective, initiates a petition to revoke the legal recognition of a union as their exclusive bargaining representative, distinguishing it from other forms of union dissolution by its reliance on demonstrated loss of majority support verified through a prescribed regulatory process.
