Construction Delay Damages

Construction Delay Damages is a type of liquidated damages clause in construction contracts that specifies a predetermined amount payable for each unit of time by which a contractor fails to complete the project by the agreed completion date, distinguishing it from other forms of compensation by being pre-estimated and stipulated to reflect anticipated losses from delay rather than actual damages incurred.
