Consolidated Supervision
Consolidated Supervision is a form of prudential supervision that assesses and oversees the safety, soundness, and regulatory compliance of a banking group or financial conglomerate on a group-wide basis by applying prudential standards and risk evaluation to the consolidated financial position and all significant entities, including nonbank subsidiaries, rather than to each institution in isolation.
