Confluence Morphology
Confluence Morphology is a geomorphological construct that characterizes the physical form and structural adjustments of river channels at the junction where two or more fluvial systems converge, distinguishing itself from other fluvial morphologies by its dependence on confluence-induced flow dynamics, sediment routing, and three-dimensional bed topography.
