Concurrent Equating

Concurrent equating is a score equating method that belongs to the class of linking designs in which examinees’ scores on different test forms are placed on a common scale by simultaneously estimating item parameters within an item response theory framework, distinguished from other equating methods by its reliance on a common item set and the joint calibration of all items across forms.
