Concurrency Of Delay

Concurrency of Delay is a legal and contractual principle in construction and project management that denotes a situation in which two or more delaying events, attributable to different parties, occur simultaneously or overlapping in time, each independently affecting the project completion date, thereby complicating the assessment of liability and entitlement to extensions of time or liquidated damages.
