Complementor Diversity

Complementor Diversity is a theoretical construct in strategic management that refers to the variety of non-competing firms providing complementary products or services that collectively enhance the value of a focal firm’s offerings, distinguishing it from other ecosystem-level constructs by focusing specifically on the heterogeneity and interdependence of complementary resources in value co-creation.
