Coalescent-based Demography

Coalescent-Based Demography is a computational and statistical framework in population genetics that infers historical demographic processes, such as population size changes, migration, and divergence, by modeling the genealogical relationships among sampled alleles backward in time to their most recent common ancestor through the coalescent process.
