Cisg Opt-out

CISG Opt-Out is a contractual mechanism under international commercial law that allows parties to a cross-border sale of goods agreement to exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) in whole or in part, thereby asserting autonomy in the choice of governing legal regime.
