Cell-free Prototyping

Cell-Free Prototyping is a research methodology in synthetic biology that enables the rapid design, testing, and optimization of biological systems using cell-free expression platforms, distinguished from in vivo approaches by its reliance on acellular environments to decouple genetic circuit function from cellular constraints.
