Cdk1 Inactivation

Cdk1 Inactivation is a regulatory event in the cell cycle that refers to the biochemical process by which cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (Cdk1) loses its enzymatic activity, primarily through dephosphorylation of activating residues and dissociation from cyclin B, thereby enabling the transition from mitosis to G1 phase.
