Bulk Sampling

Bulk Sampling is a geoarchaeological sampling method involving the collection of large-volume sediment samples to recover micro-artifacts, ecofacts, and environmental materials for detailed quantitative analysis, distinguished from other sampling techniques by its focus on substantial, representative portions of stratigraphic units to enhance the detection of low-density cultural or paleoenvironmental evidence.
