Bliss Independence Analysis

Bliss Independence Analysis is a pharmacological metric used to evaluate the interaction between two antimicrobial agents by quantifying the deviation of their observed combined effect from the expected additive effect under the assumption of independence, based on the probabilistic principle that the combined effect of two independent events equals the sum of their individual effects minus the product of their probabilities.
