Bird Play Behavior

Bird Play Behavior is a scientific construct within the study of animal behavior that specifically characterizes the observable, often repetitive, and apparently non-functional actions exhibited by avian species in non-competitive or non-survival contexts, distinguished from analogous behaviors in other taxa by its occurrence within the morphological, ecological, and cognitive constraints unique to birds.
