Bilevel Network Optimization

Bilevel Network Optimization is a mathematical optimization framework in which network design or operation decisions are modeled as a two-level hierarchical problem, wherein the upper level (leader) optimizes its objective subject to the lower level (follower) solving an associated network optimization problem, typically reflecting strategic interaction or sequential decision-making in networked systems.
