Bandgap Voltage References
Bandgap Voltage References is a type of voltage reference circuit that generates a stable DC voltage by combining a proportional-to-absolute-temperature (PTAT) voltage and a complementary subthreshold voltage to achieve temperature independence, distinguishing itself from other voltage references through its use of the semiconductor bandgap as a fundamental reference.
