Allosteric Biosensor Engineering
Allosteric Biosensor Engineering is a methodology in synthetic biology that involves the design and construction of biomolecular sensors wherein ligand-induced conformational changes at an allosteric site modulate the activity or signal output of a reporter domain, enabling real-time detection of specific analytes through engineered allosteric protein architectures.
