Allosteric Biosensor Design
Allosteric Biosensor Design is a computational and experimental framework that integrates protein engineering with signal transduction principles to create biomolecular sensors in which ligand-induced allosteric regulation modulates a measurable output signal through conformational coupling between an evolved sensory domain and a reporter domain.
