Actor Mapping is a methodological framework within stakeholder analysis that systematically identifies, categorizes, and visualizes key individuals, groups, or entities influencing or influenced by a given phenomenon, distinguishing itself from broader stakeholder mapping by focusing specifically on agency, power relations, and interactive roles in decision-making processes.
