Absolute Oral Bioavailability
Absolute Oral Bioavailability is the fraction of an orally administered drug that reaches the systemic circulation unchanged, calculated as the ratio of the area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) after oral administration to the AUC after intravenous administration, adjusted for dose, representing the extent of drug absorption relative to a parenteral reference dose.
