Aggregation above pH 5 and below 36" can be prevented with hydrogen bond competing agents such as urea or certain salts such as KCXS and LiBr.Preliminary experiments have indicated that.chromatography in urea solutions at temperatures well below 36" may be feasible.3 This procedure for obtaining an evenly packed column was suggested by Dr. I<.
