The aerosol-assisted chemical vapour deposition of Mo-doped BiVO₄ photoanodes for solar water splitting: an experimental and computational study

Abstract

A series of Mo-doped BiVO 4 photoanodes are studied using experimental and DFT methods. Mo doping replaces V sites, increasing electronic conductivity and improving solar water splitting performance.
