Abstract

Clinical data supported a delayed onset of cognitive impairment in persons who were heterozygous for the <i>APOE3</i> <sup>Ch</sup> variant in a kindred with a high prevalence of autosomal dominant Alzheimer's disease. (Funded by Good Ventures and others.).
