Belantamab Mafodotin, Pomalidomide, and Dexamethasone in Multiple Myeloma

Abstract

Among lenalidomide-exposed patients with relapsed or refractory myeloma, BPd conferred a significantly greater benefit than PVd with respect to progression-free survival, as well as deeper, more durable responses.
