Cilta-cel or Standard Care in Lenalidomide-Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Abstract

A single cilta-cel infusion resulted in a lower risk of disease progression or death than standard care in lenalidomide-refractory patients with multiple myeloma who had received one to three previous therapies.
