Xiezhuo Tiaozhi formula inhibits macrophage pyroptosis in the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by targeting the SIRT1 pathway

Abstract

These findings suggest that the XZTZ formula alleviated hepatic steatosis and lipid accumulation in NAFLD mice. These ameliorations are associated with mechanisms involving the attenuation of M1 polarization, promotion of M2 polarization, and anti-pyroptosis effects through the SIRT1 pathway.
