Diagnostic Utility of <scp>MOG</scp> Antibody Testing in Cerebrospinal Fluid

Abstract

CSF MOG-IgG testing has diagnostic utility in patients with a suspicious phenotype but negative serum MOG-IgG, and those with low positive serum MOG-IgG results and diagnostic uncertainty.
