This paper is about the ease of use and standardisation effects on potential usage of ATMs among customers in Bahrain. Age, gender, education level and nationality are the control variables. Convenience sampling was done by using a questionnaire survey with a total of 385 respondents. Methodology employed were descriptive statistics, EFA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. The findings showed ease of use and standardisation were significant and re-affirmed previous studies. For managers of banks, the findings are insightful by incorporating ease of use for the customer and making standard ATM screens to encourage customers to use ATMs often in their banking transactions. The limitations of the study were a small sample size, a quantitative approach employed, only two variables were investigated, and a cross-sectional study was conducted. Further studies can be conducted by including a qualitative approach and increasing the sample size.
