Magnetic proximity-induced superconducting diode effect and infinite magnetoresistance in a van der Waals heterostructure

Abstract

A superconducting diode effect and infinite magnetoresistance are demonstrated in a noncentrosymmetric superconductor coupled to an antiferromagnetic-insulator van der Waals heterostructure, enabled by the magnetic proximity effect.
