Deep-learning-based semantic segmentation of autonomic nerves from laparoscopic images of colorectal surgery: an experimental pilot study

Abstract

An approach for the deep-learning-based semantic segmentation of autonomic nerves was developed and experimentally validated. This model may facilitate intraoperative recognition during laparoscopic colorectal surgery.
