Abstract

Effective passivation of defects by a designer ionic liquid enables significantly lowered trap density in vapor deposited CsPbBr 3 , thus achieving highest PV cell efficiencies: 11.21% (0.04 cm 2 ) and 9.18% (1 cm 2 ).
