Abstract

Ein einfacher und günstiger Zugang wird für die Beschichtung von Metalloxid-Oberflächen (SBA-15) mit dünnen Kohlenstoff-Filmen genutzt. Diese Filme führen zu verbesserter hydrothermischer Stabilität von Oxiden wie SiO2 und Al2O3, die bei erhöhten Temperaturen in der Gegenwart von Wasser sonst nicht stabil sind (siehe Bild).
