Abstract

Arsen bei die Fische: Sechs Arsenlipide wurden aus Lebertran isoliert und durch HPLC mit Massenspektrometrie als eine Reihe arsenhaltiger langkettiger Fettsäuren identifiziert (siehe Beispiel). Diese Fettsäuren machen ungefähr 20 % des Gesamtgehalts an Arsenlipiden in Lebertran aus.
