High Thermoelectric Figure of Merit and Nanostructuring in Bulk p‐type Na_1−<i>x</i>Pb_<i>m</i>Sb_<i>y</i>Te_<i>m</i>+2

Abstract

Von hoher Güte: Eine neue Klasse nanostrukturierter p-Typ-Thermoelektrika Na1−xPbmSbyTem+2 wird beschrieben. Die außergewöhnlich hohen thermoelektrischen Gütefaktoren ZT dieser Materialien (siehe Bild) ergeben sich aus ihren sehr niedrigen thermischen Gitterleitfähigkeiten und übertreffen die der heutigen Standardmaterialien PbTe und (GeTe)1−x((Ag2Te)1−y(Sb2Te3)y)x (TAGS).
