Abstract

Eine Eintopfsequenz aus asymmetrischer Acylsilan-Alkinylierung, Tandem-Brook-Umlagerung/Zn-En-Allen-Cyclisierung, Addition eines Elektrophils und abschließender Oxidation baut hoch selektiv zwei Stereozentren und drei neue Bindungen auf (siehe Schema). Der einfache Syntheseansatz führt direkt zu komplexen Produkten mit hoher Funktionalisierungsdichte.
