Total Syntheses of (−)‐Acutumine and (−)‐Dechloroacutumine

Abstract

Routenplanung: In der Synthese der im Titel genannten tetracyclischen Alkaloide spielt 5-Trimethylsilylcyclopentadien eine strategisch wichtige Rolle. Ebenso zur Anwendung kommen eine selektive Hydrostannylierung eines komplexen Enins, eine Hosomi-Sakurai-Cyclisierung zum Aufbau des Molekülgerüsts, eine Allylformiat-Umlagerung für die Spirocyclopentenon-Ringe und eine selektive Hydrierung zur Einführung der Alkylchlorideinheit von (−)-Acutumin.
