Abstract

Gelungene Modifizierung: Zelloberflächen können auf einfache Weise mit zielspezifischen Liganden wie DNA-Aptameren versehen werden, wobei die Auswirkungen auf die modifizierten Zellen minimal gehalten werden. Nach Inkubation mit Lipoaptamer-Sonden erkennen Immunzellen (rot, siehe Schema) in einer Zellmischung Krebszellen (blau) und zerstören diese.
