Nirmatrelvir combined with ritonavir for preventing and treating COVID-19

Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy and safety of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir (Paxlovid®) plus standard of care compared to standard of care with or without placebo, or any other proven intervention for treating COVID‐19 and for preventing SARS‐CoV‐2 infection.
