Gluco-conjugated 1 H -1,2,3-triazoles having 4 H -pyrano[2,3- d ]pyrimidines are synthesized via click chemistry of N -propargyl-4 H -pyrano[2,3- d ]pyrimidines and glucopyaranosyl azide using CuI@Montmorillonite. Their antibacterial, anti-MRSA, and antifungal activity is probed.
