PCB defect inspection via Deformable DETR

Abstract

Printed circuit board is the foundation of electronic industry. The surface defects of PCB could influence the reliability of PCB and electronic devices, thus, developing an accurate, fast, and robust method to replace the traditional inspection methods could improve the productivity and reliability. In this paper, a PCB defect inspection method based on Deformable DETR is proposed. The result of our work shows that the method achieves a similar mAP with other PCB defect detection methods.
