Abstract

A novel HDAC inhibitor CBUD-1001 sensitizes TRAIL-induced apoptosis via up-regulation of DR5, and that CBUD-1001 and TRAIL combination treatment offers an effective strategy to overcome TRAIL resistance in CRC cells.
