From the fronds of Davallia divaricata BLUME three new (-)-epicatechin glycosides were isolated and shown to be (-)-epicatechin 3-O-β-D-allopyranoside (I), (-)-epicatechin 3-O-β-D-(2"-trans-cinnamoyl) allopyranoside (II) and (-)-epicatechin 3-O-β-D-(3"-trans-cinnamoyl) allop ranoside (III), respectively. From the fronds of Nephrolepis auriculata (L.) TRIMEN and N. biserrata (SW.) SCHOTT, sequoyitol was isolated.
